Bartender services: We provide at least 2 OLCC licensed friendly, skilled bartenders. Depending on the size of the event we will staff more if needed.

Craft cocktail services: Mortar & Pestle Bar uses only the freshest and organic ingredients to create exceptional cocktails.

Bespoke cocktail menu: We will work with you to create a customized cocktail menu to match your event theme and taste.

Accoutrement: Depending on what package you choose we provide Juices & House-made Craft Mixers, Bitters, Syrups, Shrubs, Garnishes etc. as needed for Your Chosen Cocktails. Along with Cups, Straws, Ice, Napkins, Coolers & Bar Tools and 4 hours of continuous service. We will also provide CO2 for the use of our 2 tap kegerator.

Pre service: We will arrive at least 1 hour prior to the event to set up.

Insurance: Our services come with 1 million dollar liquor liability insurance and 2 million general liability, so you can have peace of mind knowing that you and your guests are protected.

Travel: Included is 30 miles free travel from Springfield, beyond that will be an extra charge per mile.

Alcohol: We provide the alcohol so you have one less thing to worry about. Oregon has very strict laws. Please inform your guests to have their ID’s on hand because we will be diligent at carding

Travel: We prefer to stay in Lane County and our travel fee is free for the first 30 miles from Springfield. We are willing to go beyond that for a fee.

Where can Lore (our custom trailer) fit: Lore is a 16ft trailer and requires flat ground and easy access for service. Each venue must have a easy grade no more than 5-10% and we try to avoid tricky situations like tight fits or steep drop offs. We require a 110v/20 AMP electrical outlet.
